Jess has been unbelievably patient with me, talking through how many pictures I can upload and the steps to take etc. After Jess received my photos she sent me a proof to approve, within a couple of days, which was beautiful. Once dispatched, literally a few days after she finally received my photos, the final product arrived overnight!! Amazing product, the design and art work made me cry, it was so beautifully put together. Amazingly quick turnaround, with very protective packaging and wonderful customer service.
